What’s in the box?

Depending on your order, you will receive 2-3 toys and 3-4 full bags of grain free, USA made treats.

When does it ship?

Orders will ship the 15th of every month or the next Monday if the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday.

Where are your products made?

Our toys and treats are all made in the USA except for our rope product. Rubber, nylon, and ballistic are all made in the USA. All of our treats are made in the USA.

Do you sell Rawhides & Plush?

No chance, too dangerous!

What if my dog has severe allergies?

No worries just let us know in the description.

How do I cancel my plan?

Each plan automatically renews - and you may cancel at any time by emailing us at info@thepassionatepug.com or managing your subscription within the email we send about your upcoming box order.

What are your shipping times?

3-5 business days for USA shipping.

Do you send tracking information?

Yes, we do! As soon as your order ships you should receive a tracking code via email!

What if I cancel halfway through my subscription, will I get a refund?

We are unable to issue refunds, and you will receive all remaining boxes included in your plan. Once that plan has been fulfilled, you will not be rebilled again.
